A few services that are not products per se, but useful nonetheless.
Shipping
Shipping costs are not included in pricing unless specifically noted.
Shipping costs are paid by the customer.
You will be quoted at time of payment.
You will be given options for adding tracking if desired at the time of the quote.
Setup Fee … Anywhere from 0.00 up to $60.00 USD per order
All artwork files always need at least some adjustments made, in order to print and/or cut correctly.
This fee will cover any extra time and effort needed above the norm, for any given file.
This fee may be waived, all or in part, based on the amount of extra work that needs to go into your file to make it print-ready.
Seating Labels … $10.00 USD per design, up to 4 tables per design.
Application of labels ... $0.20 USD per chip (both sides)
Relevant to prepared blank chips such as unlabeled china clays, or labelling over Paulson inlays, etc.
This cost is already included in the price of milling & labelling, or inlay removal & replacement.
Ultrasonic chip cleaning ... $0.25 USD per chip
Some restrictions may apply, based on color/type of chip
Not available for ASM/CPC chips
Includes a very light application of mineral oil (optional)
